Congratulations to Head of Biology, Rob Turner, who has been voted the UK's Top Teacher.
At a glittering ceremony in London this weekend, Mr Turner was presented with an award by Tom Parker Bowles.
The national awards were hosted by The Archant Good Schools Show and Mr Turner faced competition from schools across the country.
He's known throughout Ashford School not just for his talent in the lab - he's often to be found in the music department running the school Rock Band - and has even been known to drive his motorbike on stage!
